You can only login if you have reported an issue through the email before. That means the first step is to open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected] to open a ticket, please ignore this action if you already have a ticket opened in the system.
Once you have a ticket in the system, that means the system has your email in its database. To track your ticket using the portal, please click "SIGN IN" at the top right corner of the landing page. Once the login screen opens, enter the email you used when opening the ticket, a One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox for the OTP, use it to sign in and you will be granted access to the system to navigate, track, and update your ticket.
